This Jaecoo J6 visited Auto Edition Singapore for a car audio upgrade based on the vehicle’s original audio setup and the owner’s upgrade requirements. The installation included plug & play Dynaudio 212 front speakers, Rebec RT6 rear speakers, Audío Ed AD4 DSP amplifier and Rebec U6.9 subwoofer, with the aim of improving overall sound clarity, mid-bass performance and low-frequency response while maintaining a neat, factory-style installation.

Jaecoo J6 Car Audio Upgrade

For this Jaecoo J6, the upgraded components were selected according to the vehicle’s original audio system, speaker locations and the intended upgrade setup.

Front Speakers – Dynaudio 212 + Audío Ed Door Soundproofing

The front speakers were upgraded to Dynaudio 212 to improve vocal clarity, musical detail and mid-bass performance while maintaining a neat, factory-style installation.

Rear Speakers – Rebec RT6

The rear speakers were upgraded to Rebec RT6 to complement the front speaker upgrade and provide a more balanced listening experience throughout the cabin.

Subwoofer – Rebec U6.9

A Rebec U6.9 subwoofer was added to improve low-frequency performance and provide deeper, more controlled bass.

DSP Amplifier – Audío Ed AD4

A Audío Ed AD4 DSP amplifier was installed to provide amplification and tuning control for the upgraded audio system. It allows the system to be adjusted according to the vehicle’s audio setup and speaker configuration.

Plug & Play Installation for Jaecoo J6

For most compatible vehicles, speaker and DSP upgrades are carried out using Plug & Play connections where applicable, without cutting the vehicle’s original wiring.
