This BYD Sealion 7 visited Auto Edition Singapore for a car audio upgrade based on the vehicle’s original audio setup and the owner’s upgrade requirements. The installation included plug & play Dynaudio 232 front speakers, Rebec A12S DSP amplifier and Rebec M10 Subwoofer with the aim of improving overall sound clarity, mid-bass performance and low-frequency response while maintaining a neat, factory-style installation.

BYD Sealion 7 Car Audio Upgrade

For this BYD Sealion 7, the upgraded components were selected according to the vehicle’s original audio system, speaker locations and the intended upgrade setup.

Front Speakers - Dynaudio 232 + Audío Ed Door Soundproofing

The front speakers were upgraded to Dynaudio 232 to improve vocal clarity, musical detail and mid-bass performance while maintaining a neat, factory-style installation. Audío Ed door soundproofing was also applied to the front doors to help reduce unwanted panel vibration and provide a more stable mounting environment for the upgraded speakers.

DSP Amplifier – Rebec B12SV2

An Rebec B12SV2 DSP amplifier was installed to provide amplification and tuning control for the upgraded audio system. It allows the system to be adjusted according to the vehicle’s audio setup and speaker configuration.

Subwoofer - Rebec M10

A Rebec M10 subwoofer was added to improve low-frequency performance and provide deeper, more controlled bass.
