This BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic originally came with a non-Dynaudio audio system, unlike the Premium variant’s factory Dynaudio setup. The owner loves the sound of Danish Dynaudio and wanted to bring that experience into his own car. Auto Edition Singapore helped him upgrade with aftermarket Dynaudio speakers, supported by Rebec audio equipment, for a more premium listening experience.

BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic Car Audio Upgrade

This installation combines Dynaudio front and rear component speakers and a dashboard centre speaker with a Rebec subwoofer, Rebec A12S DSP amplifier and a separate amplifier. The upgrade focuses on vocal clarity, musical detail and bass support across the cabin, with an aftermarket system tailored to this Dynamic.

Front Speakers – Dynaudio Esotan 232

The front speakers were upgraded to Dynaudio Esotan component speakers, with separate mid-bass drivers, tweeters and passive crossovers. This arrangement aims to bring clearer vocals and more musical detail to the front of the cabin.

Front Dashboard Centre Speaker – Dynaudio

A Dynaudio centre speaker was added to the front dashboard as part of this BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic car audio upgrade. Working alongside the front component speakers, it is intended to support vocal focus and a more cohesive soundstage across the dashboard. This adds another Dynaudio element to the owner’s aftermarket audio system, installed by Auto Edition Singapore.

Rear Speakers – Dynaudio Esotan 212

Dynaudio Esotan 212 component speakers were installed at the rear, with separate tweeters and passive crossovers to complement the front Dynaudio speakers and provide rear-cabin audio.

Subwoofer - Rebec M10

A Rebec M10 subwoofer was added to improve low-frequency performance and provide deeper, more controlled bass.

DSP Amplifier – Rebec A12S

The Rebec A12S DSP amplifier provides signal processing and amplification to help integrate the upgraded speakers within the cabin. A separate Rebec amplifier also forms part of the system, supporting the overall audio upgrade.

Plug & Play Installation for BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic

For most compatible vehicles, speaker and DSP upgrades are carried out using Plug & Play connections where applicable, without cutting the vehicle’s original wiring.
