This Mercedes CLA180 visited Auto Edition Singapore for a car audio and Android radio player upgrade. The installation included Rebec RT6 front component speakers, Rebec RCX6A rear coaxial speakers and an Android radio player. The setup aims to improve vocal clarity and front-to-rear speaker performance while adding touchscreen multimedia functions to the dashboard.
Mercedes CLA180 Car Audio Upgrade
This Mercedes CLA180 was fitted with Rebec RT6 front component speakers and Rebec RCX6A rear coaxial speakers. The speaker upgrade focuses on musical detail at the front of the cabin, with rear speakers providing supporting audio for passengers.
Front Speakers – Rebec RT6
The front speakers were upgraded to Rebec RT6 component speakers. This upgrade aims to improve vocal clarity and musical detail from the front of the cabin. The installation photos show the front-door speaker mounted in the door, together with a close-up of the fitted driver.
Rear Speakers – Rebec RCX6A
The rear speakers were upgraded to Rebec RCX6A coaxial speakers to provide rear-cabin audio and complement the front Rebec RT6 component speakers.
Android Radio Player Upgrade for Mercedes CLA180
An Android radio player was installed in this Mercedes CLA180 to provide touchscreen access to multimedia functions. The dashboard display brings music playback, an app menu and navigation into view, combining everyday entertainment and route guidance with the upgraded Rebec speakers.
